Establishment of ABA as the first private real estate company in Slovenia. The company was engaged in the sale and purchase of all kind of real estate. -

A large void appeared on the market with student apartments. The ABA company was the first to fill this void by building a student dormitory. -

We were the first company to combine the entire project development service from purchase, design, implementation and sales under one roof. -
2005
The great growth and visibility of the company led to the implementation of increasingly large, diverse and demanding projects and investments. -

The company is reorganizing in light of the new economic circumstances and setting new guidelines. -

The company is being managed by second generation under the leadership of Borut Battestin and Anja Tratnjek, who actively participate in the company and in development of the projects. -

OurLogo
Our company’s logo is a registered trademark. Three decades ago, it was designed by renowned Slovenian architect Jože Motoh. Over time, the logo had been adapted in detail, color shape and position, but its basic characteristics have always been preserved, and thus the logo today represents an established professional company in the field of real estate engineering. In recent years, the logo obtained more modern revisions, but we have remained loyal to the brand it represents.
